What happens after I purchase a plate or voucher as a gift?

For plates: the order is manufactured and sent to the nominated delivery address with a form allowing you to transfer ownership to the intended recipient. This can be done at a Department of Transport and Main Roads Service Centre

For vouchers: the recipient can redeem the voucher online when ready.
