What happens if I fail my payment verification?

If you fail to verify your payment don’t worry, your plate combination is secure. Here are a few tips to get payment sorted:

1. Log into your PPQ Account and finalise payment through your linked plates. 
   Please note that if you are logging into for the first time, your username will be your email address and you will need to reset your password via the login page.

Alternatively, you can contact us on 136 356 and we can assist. Please ensure you have your plate combination and CRN handy.

If you continue to have issues with the verification method, you may have to contact your bank directly.
