If you’re not receiving your verification code, you’ll need to get in touch with your bank. PPQ doesn’t receive detailed information about why a verification might fail, so we’re limited in the support we can provide when this occurs.
Common reasons why no verification option appears:
Pop‑up blockers – These can prevent verification windows or prompts from appearing.
Outdated contact details – If your bank can’t match your current details such as address or mobile number, verification can fail.
Technical issues or system downtime – Temporary outages with your bank or the payment gateway can stop verification from loading.
Unsupported card type – Some cards may not work with the verification system being used.
