How do I get my trade in rebate?

Once you have received your qualifying purchase, you are required to surrender and cancel your previous combination. Please note, as per the terms and conditions, once you do this, you surrender the right to use the combination, all right, title and interest in the Trade In Plates and any Accessory Plates associated with the surrendered Personalised Plates. Surrendered Plates are final.

Once the above has been completed, you will have to contact PPQ via 136 356 and provide the combination you surrendered and your new qualifying purchase. We will then confirm this has been completed and begin the rebate process. 

You will receive the rebate provided by way of refund to the same credit card used on the Qualifying Purchase. A rebate may take 12 - 14 business days to be processed.
